Chapitre 31: Chapter 31 : Into the dungeon

A large cave came into view with total darkness and an aura of death within it. It would leave one with the impression that they would lose their lives without even knowing.

Without thinking much, Futian redeemed the skill. The cave was too dark for Futian to see. So having such a skill did come in handy with the situation.
Upon activating the skill, goose pimples eloped his whole body. Futian almost wanted to cry. Was this even a test or a suicide mission? Ten thousand and thousands of Vampire bats were all over the place with two long canines protruding out of their mouths ready to such anything.
A large mouse entered the cave and sniffed the ground looking for food. It moved a large distance from Futian before going further into the cave. A few seconds later, a large mob of bats came down as they dived into the mouse dividing it into two parts despite its size. Two skeletal parts fell to the ground without any sign of blood in them. Later the body seemed to get corroded by some dark substance leaving nothing in place.

Looking at his inventory, Futian almost wanted to cry. How poor it looked! Even the few items available were too expensive. Looking at the eye-catching body armor, Futian almost wanted to cry.
I don't even have a hundred mana points okay. I just have eighty-five left at the moment. Those daggers look quite handy for the situation at hand. The body armor too but its cost is grandly too high!
Well, let's first unlock the daggers and complete this damn mission.

Having activated his stats to the max together with the pair of daggers in his hand, Futian made his way deeper into the cave.
The ears of the bats stood firm as they picked some sounds. A loud screeching came from deep inside the cave as a wave of bats came in to attack Futian.
" Come on!"
Come on! Futian shouted as he activated the light step!
Slash! Chop! Chop! Slash!
Before that, a massacre began as screams of horror echoed throughout the cave. Some of the bats managed to leave scratches on Futian's body as their body began oozing. But Futian's stamina was still as stable as before as he continued to massacre the bats like a butcher till none was left.
Drip! Drip! Drip!
A river of blood flowed as it formed a small red lake in the area.
Futian moved deeper into the cave with his body covered in blood. Only eyes and teeth were white for the moment. As for the rest of the body, Futian was a red being.
The keeper of the cave was darker than the rest but thanks to the Night Vision skill, Futian didn't find any trouble in handling the situation. A large mob of bats three larger than the previous ones screamed like an army ready to attack a foe.
Hundreds as they were attacked at ago giving Futian no chance to back away. Seeing the attack, Futian poised his body ready to defend himself. For in such times, the best way to counterattack is fast defense. Futian gripped his daggers, even more, tighter and he leaped into the air like a ninja. Jumping along the sides of the walls he accomplished the impossible as he sliced through the air leaving a sharp arc time and again.
Slash! Slash!
Two bodies of the bats fell to the ground divided into two. The other screeched in fury as they attack even more aggressively yet in a formation kind of movement.
Slash! Slash!
Another ten bodies fell to the ground as their eyes died lifeless in horror. Futian seemed more like a death reaper who had come to take the lives of the army of bats.
Slice! Chop!
A net of arcs followed in the air wherever Futian had passed as bodies fell lifeless and devoid of any sign of life.
Futian's speed enabled him to easily kill off the army as it couldn't catch up to its movements. Before that was blood rain as more bodies fell to the ground lifeless.
Futian made his way into the innermost dungeon. There were skulls of humans and bones of beasts. Looking at the human skulls, Futian frowned a little.
" System, is this region inhibited by humans?"

Looking at the reply, Futian knew it was no use. He wouldn't gain any information until he had completely leveled up. So he could only grit his teeth.
" LOUSY CREATURE!" a voice echoed throughout the cave.
" YOU ARE INDEED SOMETHING TO HAVE KILLED ALL MY COMMANDERS AND DESCENDANTS. MANY OF YOUR KEENS CAME HERE LOOKING FOR THE TREASURE BUT ALL WERE KILLED BY ME! YOU WILL NOT BE ANY DIFFERENT!"
" Come out you piece of a d**k and follow the footsteps of your ancestors! I don't understand why these weak fellas like talking too much nothing!"
" I said come out! I want to kick some of your balls." Futian shouted seeming too displeased to waste his breath.
