Chapitre 64: Chapter 64 - Mana Bombs.

The hundred warriors stopped in their tracks as the enemy army began to approach.

Imitu pointed his spearhead at the incoming warriors and with a loud cry he signaled to the orders who also helped to repeat the cry with him.

The triangle formation then began to change into a single line.

From the spearheads of the Warriors, red sparks of lightning emerged slowly traveling around the tip before shooting out towards the enemy.

The lightning shocked the warriors and anyone who came in contact with it and sowing chaos to the front lines.

Due to this, the enemy had to retreat while the hundred warriors advanced.

"Archers ready your bows!" said another commander.

The archers of the enemy army raised their bows and aimed before releasing it towards the sky while the Tultul Warriors continued spraying out flashes of lightning at their melee warriors.

At that moment, the sound of hoofs knocking against the earth from the hill side a group of horseriders had been dispatched to intercept the enemy while the front line of the infantry warriors rushed again.

The Chief of the enemy forces grinned at the thought of his brilliant plan succeeding.

"Did you think that we weren't prepared for this?" he laughed.

"Not good, were cornered" said a female warrior.

Imitu clenched his spear and gnashed his teeth at the enemies tactics before giving out an order.

"Inner attack, form up!" he yelled.

The Tultul Warriors heeded to his orders without hesitation and arranged themselves into a circle while a large range of arrows was beginning to rain on them from above.

Without a second thought, they all struck their spears into the earth, holding on to them with their palms and shouting out loud "Lightning Sparks: Bursting rage"

Red sparks emerged from their fingernails and slowly made their way to their spearheads.

The red sparks on their spears began to connect together and increased their light intensity before an all of a sudden burst.

The ground below the Tultul Warriors turned black and dust emerged from below them as the red sparks spread outwards blowing away the arrows of the enemy and sending panicked horses flying.

A number of sparks had touched melee warriors who were shocked to their deaths after coming in contact with it.

But the moment the dust settled, the Tultul Warriors were revealed to be unscathed by the works of their hands but a number of them laid wounded with arrows that had been released.

Their beads had now changed from white to red with their spears now looking all charcoaly.

"It seems they are in trouble, we should move!" said the Chieftain.

At that moment, a thunderous noise intruded the ears of the now disorganized enemy soldiers who were now pierced with the spears of the horse riders that scattered them and aided the Tultul warriors.

"Fire again!" Another order was sent out as a huge barrage of arrows shot towards the sky again, aiming for the enemy.

The Horse riders then released wooden shields strapped to their backs as they closed in to protect the Phase Warriors while the rest of the army approached with deafening screams.

"I think I'll prefer to call that move a mana bomb," said Shawn as he watched the conclusion of the battle end with the Gios tribe's victory.

"I wonder what sort of personality this Tultul guy's gonna have but I can always keep a tight leash on him though," .

"How much will it cause to make Tultul an higher being though?"

[Approximately 2,000 CP]

"Why does it cost so much?"

[Higher being qualifiers price are determined by level of influence and followers.

Unlike the others who didn't even have a large hold on a settlement. He has a larger number of settlements that believe in his existence]

"I see, that's why he's so expensive" Shawn pondered for a while.

"Doing so might bring in drama but…"

"I'll buy him,"

The sound of coins being withdrawn assaulted his ears as a bright light appeared in the room.

When the light dimmed it revealed a greykin with green eyes and a blue line on his forehead while also dressed in a blue attire.

"Greetings master, it is my honour to serve you" he said while being down on one knee.

"Rise Higher Being of Seasons, you're welcome to the group," Shawn said with a smile.

"Thank you Master Shawn,"

"Ahh yes, System take him to meet the others" he engaged with the system in his mind before clapping as a bright light enveloped Tultul and vanished with him.

In the higher being realm, all the higher beings who stood beside their lakes were startled at the appearance of a greykin now among their ranks.

"Did master send you here?" Gravagor looked at him with a questioning gaze.

Tultul responded with a stone face and a slight nod.

This caused the warrior Orc's brows to furrow.

"It's alright," Ulkezi was dressed in a white robe that seemed to give anyone around him a feel of icyness.

"So what's your domain?" The thawn asked.

At this point, almost all of the Higher beings were now standing in front of Tultul.

"Look at you being all aloof again?" Semna said as she shoved Ulkezi aside and stretched out her hands to the newcomer.

"What's your name?"

"Tultul, the higher being of Seasons,"

"Higher Being of Seasons uhn?" said Dulgol who appeared in a golden light before the rest.

"Now we're complete," said Kaden who was dressed in a yellow robe that covered his white garment making him look like a priest except he didn't have the cap.

But among all of the higher beings, there was one that the newcomer noticed being far away.

"That's Ikdo, also called the Ikdorn by his followers. Don't mind him though, he's always distant," Semna said with a cheerful smile and Tultul responded with a smile of his own.

"I'll like to hear a lot about your followers" She said.

Seeing that she was already having a decent conversation with him, the rest began to bicker with her.

"Why do you always get to be so the first one?" Zoguz looked at her with a frown.

"Because I am. Besides I was the first one you had a decent conversation with?" Semna rolled her eyes.

"Oh yeah," Zoguz scratched her hair.

"So back to the question?" She looked at Tultul who also looked back at her with a smile.

"Yeah, what's your follower count before you became an higher being?"

"Uhmm," he touched his lips, seeming lost in contemplation for a while before replying. "I'm not sure the exact amount but I know that they range in thousands!"

"Thousands!" They exclaimed and looked at him with bewilderment.

"Why is this a shocker?" He asked.

Himlo appeared in front and explained "The highest was Blan with around a thousand and six hundred followers, second is Zoguz with around a thousand and two hundred and Ikdo is the third with a thousand after three elven villages merged together before he became one of us,"

"But you didn't even say thousand you said thousands!" The red skinned Haran was still looking at him from up to down, trying to find out what made him have that much.

"Yeah around three to five around now. If the conversion was successful. It would have been six to eight" he did not know that he was starting to add fuel to the fire.

"Thank goodness it hadn't," Ulhezi harrumphed before walking away.

Semna patted Tultul's back sending him signals to ignore.

"So tell us, what's the story your followers cooked up for you?"

"Cooked up?" Tultul looked at her with an eyebrow raised.

"Most of what they believe is true…"

Semna was about to object before he sealed her mouth shut with "Too an extent"

"So tell us how it happened and how your story goes. Because for sure you aren't like Ikdo,"

Oblivious to the happenings in the realm, Shawn continued to watch the events happening in the world of Ornio and now the events had shifted to the small beast continent in the west.

From how it looked, a large gathering of the now two legged beasts that could manipulate mana moving about on a plain.

The plain had been divided into several section with the largest one being at its centre.

Animals sat on all the other sections except from the one at the centre.

"Is this a tournament?" Shawn thought.
