Daddy reached out to grab me but Jake was faster. He pushed me behind his back and blocked my dad's view. I was never so scared in my life. It was happening all over again. When will it end?

I wanted so badly to believe Jake when he said everything was going to be okay but I know daddy. He's mean and spiteful and he can hold a grudge, I should know I've been at the receiving end of one for three years.
