"Sir, if we advance further , most likely that person will be able to sense us. Even though we aren't sure about his observation range, we come to the conclusion that who needs to maintain this much distance to get from his observation range."

Right now one spy of those rulers said that to them. They maintain a distance of about 10 km. But still the spy told him that they should not advance further than this or they could get noticed by that human fighter. 

Even though for those rulers it was hard to believe that anybody good sense anyone from this distance, the World Tower was full of mystery and naturally that person could have a technique that could help him sense this for. 

Because of this those rulers also signal their army to stop at that place.
