Chapitre 21: Feelings

Alex had plans for the night but it seems like Kimberly has another, she has been following Laura wherever she goes.

"Kimberly, don't you think it is time for you to go to bed? It is late and way past your bedtime", Alex said hoping she will listen to him and not refuse.

"But aunt Laura is still to read me a bedtime story, I can't go to bed without my story." Alex had the urge to pull her to her room and lock the door but he couldn't bring himself to hurt his little angel.

"Let's go?" Laura asked not wanting Alex to change his mind when she wants to go with Kimberly. They went to her room together, Laura tucked her in, then she took a book on her little shelf.

"Long ago" she started.

Alex felt frustrated in his room, he loves his daughter there is no denying that but she is ruining his plan, he wanted to make Laura scream his name this night but instead, Laura is there reading her a bedtime story.
