They were right, Mason did notice their presence, but he was already aware of Liliana's family. He also knew she was not heavily involved with her family business, so it was pointless to ask her about it.

He sent some female officers to ask for victims' statements while he focused his attention on the perpetrators.

" Miss Alice, please come with me. We will need your official statement about the incident." The female officer came to fetch her up. 

Liliana looked back at Samuel, and seeing him nod, she followed the officer to the side in the sitting area. Samuel asked Steve to accompany her just in case.

His phone suddenly rang, and when he looked at the number, it was Director Columbus. Even though he was not formally associated with the Harry Potter franchise, they would often talk, but his call's timing raised a slight suspicion in his heart.

" Hello, Uncle Columbus; what can I do for you?" He said calmly.
