She coordinated the fight as a proper leader and knew how to command her team well too, positioning and directing them to places they need to be and making quick decisions on the fly.

Her opposing leader attempted the same tactic as that Travis guy's group earlier with one guy going straight for a shield bash to collapse their front line.

Odeta was quick to move to support her shield bearer and she instructed her spear user to attack the opponent's shield user from his blind spot, knocking him out of the match.

With one of their opponent's shield users down, Odeta gave the instruction for her team to push forward to maintain the pressure, forcing her opponent's sole shield user to stand against Odeta's team's charge.
