Chapitre 154: To take you home to our babies

Sensing the lights getting dimmed and hearing the 'clack' sound of the car door opening simultaneously, Jay removed his hands from over his eyes as he readied himself to curse more at the driver who had now stepped out of the car. But just as he opened his mouth, his eyes adjusted to the lights there and he registered the identity of the person who was now approaching him. The words he was about to utter at once got stuck in his throat, refusing to come out any further. In fact, what followed was a sudden shudder which encapsulated his whole body as he was reminded of the feats of this person. 

"Bo… Boss Alex." Jay stuttered.

"What? Not cursing out anymore?"  Alex raised his brows, amused.

"I wouldn't… Wouldn't  dare." Jay continued with his stuttering.

"Jay. Are you scared of me?" Alex asked in a teasing tone.

"No. Why would I be scared of you." Jay almost shrieked.

"Mmhmm. How convincing." Alex chuckled.
