His arms were ready, fingers twitching in anticipation of any sort of action. He was begging that the boy would lash out at him so that he could put him down…with reason this time.

"NO!!" Jason angrily shouted, his eyes blazing with anger and energy shooting from them. He looked at his parents and immediately fired a powerful energy charge at them.

Had it not been for Soren, the innocent man and woman were about to lose their lives on the spot.

"We're calling the Police," Tamsin declared without giving it much thought. As soon as she spoke, a holographic screen appeared at the side of her face with the Police's contacts ready to be clicked. "You brought this on yourself."
