Kazak, leader of the Serpents gang, along with Jin Peng, leader of the Dragons, accompanied by their assistants Rin and Kelly, were deep inside the underground prison with the sole purpose of meeting Elvis, the horrifying beast that had destroyed Desper not so long ago.

Both leaders had come to visit the dragon with different intentions. While Jin came with inquiries about being a dragon, Kazak wished to know about the dragon and the magic that it used on the Chief of Police. Kazak, however, had planned ahead.

He had a feeling that the dragon would not be inclined to speak, so instead, he decided to come with Scrolls that contained some sort of weird spells to hinder it under his control. Unfortunately for Kazak, the Scrolls only allowed him to ask questions and not order Elvis to do as he wished.
