Chapitre 40: CHAPTER 40: LEARNING TO LOVE

 "What's it to ya?" Keira said as she sidled Isabelle to one side after which she folded her arms waiting patiently to hear Isabelle's explanation.

 "Nothing, I just wanna eat?" Isabelle said as she cringed up wearing a fake smile. Then in a callous manner, Keira said to Isabelle, "Liar! You've been avoiding me and I wanna know why!"

 "Hey, just because you're a class and a year older than me doesn't give you the right to act all authoritative on me," Isabelle said softly and calmly. Then Keira cooled down and she said, 

 "I have the right to know why you've been avoiding me." 

 "Why do you say that?" Isabelle asked.

 "Because I love you. And I know that you love me too. So please Isa, tell me why you've been avoiding me." She pleaded with her.

 Isabelle then took a deep breath then adjusted her hair before talking, "Keira, I've been avoiding you because I was afraid."
