Tara Summer sat on the edge of the bed, holding up a desk calendar. Her slim fingers gently touched the Dragon Beast King depicted on the calendar, a faint smile lingering around her red lips.

Since that day, the Dragon Beast King had never shown itself again, remaining within the calendar as though it had found a good resting place.

Tara had been monitoring the state of Bastian and found that it was evidently growing larger. She guessed that Bastian had entered a new growth period, so she put her worries to rest.

Walter Schmidt was still staying at the Reed house. One day, while Tara was in a better mood, he brought out the share transfer agreement to give to her again.

Tara had been feeling somewhat better and wasn't having that horrifying dream as often. But his gesture made her mood plummet once more.
