JIRAYA: "So why have you come here?"

Also I want to learn senjutsu, I know you have good relationship with toads of mount Myoboku, you even have them as your summon. I want your help to get in contact with them.
Lastly I want you to teach few of your ninjutsu as well as of fourth Hokage's, like rasengan, to me and Naruto."
Sasuke can use rasengan already but it will be difficult for him to explain how he learned it. That is why he decided to learn this officially so that he can focus on merging nature transformation without worrying about anyone finding out.
JIRAYA: "My spy network is not for people seeking personal vendetta, it is for the protection of leaf village. Also I am not sending a kid to his death by revealing the location of an S-class missing-nin to him. Why do you want to know whereabouts of all of them, isn't Itachi only your target?
As for your second request, Senjutsu is not something anyone can learn, beside not any random person can go to mount Myoboku and learn Senjutsu from toads.
As for the ninjutsu of fourth hokage, I cannot teach you that, you are neither my student nor the student of fourth Hokage, so that is also out of question."
Naruto was listening to the conversation and was getting more and more confused. Naruto may be naïve as his cannon counterpart at age 12 but he was not as ignorant. He knew Sasuke wants to kill Itachi for Uchiha clan massacre. The confusing part was senjutsu and fourth Hokage's jutsu. He didn't understand why Sasuke asking Jiraya for forth Hokage's jutsu.
NARUTO: "What are you two talking about? What is senjutsu, is it some cool ninjutsu? And why are you asking pervy sage for forth Hokage's jutsu?"
SASUKE: "He is the sensei of fourth Hokage, that is why I am asking him to teach his jutsu. Since you want to become the Hokage, you should also ask him to teach you. As for the senjutsu, it is not some kind of ninjutsu, it is different from all three ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. Number of people who learned senjutsu in the entire ninja history could be counted on one hand. Naruto didn't understand the last part while Jiraya got serious. He didn't expect Sasuke to insult him as well as blackmail him like that. He could understand his feelings for the first part, he was very surprised that Sasuke knows the prophecy of great toad sage and what was more shocking is that Sasuke hinting that Naruto is the child of prophecy. It was as if Sasuke knows something that he didn't. He wanted to ask many questions to Sasuke but when he heard the Sasuke's blackmail, he was flabbergasted. He didn't see that coming, it was first time that someone has blackmailed him like that.
JIRAYA: "Do you think blackmailing a Sanin with a S-class secret like that is a good idea? You could get arrested and charge with treason for revealing that secret. I thought you were smart but you are just reckless."
SASUKE: "I am the last Uchiha, so basically I am the Head of one of the two founding clan of Konoha. I can even put a jonin in genjutsu and extract information from him and wipe his memory of encounter with me. With my position as Uchiha clan head I may not have any political power, but village also cannot just arrest and interrogate me without any proof. You will know that culprit was me but you can do nothing. I know how to take advantage of situation, like I said, I may act arrogant but I am not a reckless person."
[Kurama: You sure know how to get your way kid, I am starting to like you.]
SASUKE: 'Remember this Kurama, I will always get my way, and with my handsome face and irresistable charm, you are bound to like me.'
Kurama scoffs and go back to sleep.
