Chapitre 23: Chapter-23 Strongest of all five Village
[A/N- Sorry guys I was sick for last four days, so I was not able update but I am ok now so I will try to update the story regularly]
ZABUZA: "You mentioned Sage of six paths before, isn't he just a myth? I don't like to beat around the bush, I'll get straight to the point. What is your goal? Why are you doing all this, is it out of goodness of your heart or you have some other purpose?"
SASUKE: "Well sage of six paths is real, he is dead for almost thousand years, but that's whole other discussion and I don't want to get into it. As for my purpose, I will make the country of waves the richest and most prosperous land in whole elemental nation. Right now people of this village are starving but in future they will be citizen of richest country in the world and they will achieve that only by their own hard work. Your job is to protect this village when they prosper and despicable people get their eyes on this place. This place will become the model on which I will develop the elemental nation when I conquer it.
I will be in contact with you and you will report everything to me. If you get any problem inform me and I will take care of it. I will give you proper instruction for the development of village. This will be good place for your partner here to grow, he will be able to make friends and lead a normal life here. You will reveal yourself to Tazuna after my team leaves, you will not reveal my involvement to anyone. When you give that money to Tazuna, he may have few doubts as you tried to kill him but he will trust you enough that there will be no more problems. Any questions?"
ZABUZA: "You know what this is crazy, but I will keep my end of the deal. You got two years to prove yourself kid."
SASUKE: "Ok then, I will leave now. Don't betray my trust Zabuza, you will not get a second chance."
Sasuke went back to Tazuna's house. It has been more than two months since his graduation from academy and three months since he planted Hashirama's cell on his body. He has been too busy to think about training wood release of first Hokage. It would not be too difficult for him to get scrolls related to wood release from village but he was too busy for that. He did not slack off his physical training and taijutsu training which was showing great progress and he have a feeling that he will be able to open fourth gate before finishing this mission. Rest of his time was filled with gensutsu, kenjutsu etc. training, he was also learning impure world reincarnation to resurrect Kushina and after that he was busy learning fuinjutsu.
Sasuke was thinking of stories he read on internet in his previous life, where protagonist get a system and how easy it was for them become OP. He worked his ass off for more than four years and he is the reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki, so he is basically the child of prophecy along with Naruto, with all those buffs he reached Kage level strength. It was lucky for him to be reincarnated as one of the protagonist character in Naruto world otherwise without system he will remain an insignificant figure in this world.
Sasuke continued his daily training as usual while Naruto and Sakura were trained by Kakashi. Gato death soon was known to everyone but no one found out who killed him except for Inari who was shocked by this news. He remembered every word Sasuke said to him and made a decision to get stronger. So he confronted Sasuke;
INARI: "You really killed Gato, didn't you?"
SASUKE: "Like I told you kid, killing Gato was no different than crushing a bug for me."
Inari confronted Sasuke in front of everyone during dinner. Everyone was surprised especially team-7. Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura asked Sasuke simultaneously;
"""YOU KILLED GATO???"""
SASUKE: "Yes."
Sasuke answered with indifferent expression, his attitude towards the situation was as if it was no big deal. Naruto was not sure what to say, he knew about Gato and he would have fought him to protect Tazuna but he was not ready to kill anyone. For Sakura everything Sasuke did was cool. Kakashi asked him follow up questions;
KAKASHI: "That was not part of the mission, you cannot go around and kill people as you like. We ninja work within the rules and regulation of village."
SASUKE: "Our objective was to protect Tazuna and Gato was threat to Tazuna so I killed Gato in order to protect Tazuna. See all in scope of the mission."
KAKASHI: "That was not in the scope of mission, you assassinated someone, mission was to protect someone not assassinate someone."
SASUKE: "Listen Kakashi, I don't give a f**k about rules and regulation of village. What Gato did was wrong, people of this village and Inari's father deserved justice and my sword delivered that. It is as simple as that, I cannot really count on village to do the right thing can I?"
KAKASHI: "What do you mean by that? Do you think our village is unjust?"
SASUKE: "Not unjust but incompetent. I think that the people sitting on the leadership position of the village are incompetent. That is the reason that our village has fallen to the current state."
KAKASHI: "Third Hokage is known as god of current shinobi world, you are saying that he is incompetent? Our village is the strongest of all five great shinobi village."
SASUKE: "I am just stating the fact, third Hokage is a powerful shinobi, but calling him god is going too far. First Hokage was god of shinobi world and as long as he lived, no village dare to declare war against us but the moment he die, we have three great ninja wars. If we talk about third Hokage; few ninja come to village as peace diplomats from foreign village, try to kidnap the young child of prominent clan of village and when failed and die in attempt, our village compensate their village with the death of brother of person who stopped them. Bravo, that is exactly the thing "strongest of all five great village" would do.
You want me to give you more examples, how about this, one ninja went rogue and wipe out one of the strongest clan of village, and four years later, we don't even know the whereabouts of that ninja. The only thing that third Hokage can do is bend over."
