Chapitre 3: Chapter 2 The beginning
The lady was wearing a plain black turtle neck top and a white checker skirt, Mia could tell she was beautiful except for her makeup that was making her look scary.
Mia could tell she has been crying, she wanted to help but looking at her, Mia was a bit scared.
Gathering her courage and hoping she is not a ghost or a killer, she went towards her and asked "Miss are you okay" the lady looked at her and in a small voice she said "please help me someone stole my purse my money, cards and phone everything was in it, I don't have any money" she looked really pitiful.
Mia felt bad for her and she asked "can I help you in any way"
The lady looked at her with hope in her eyes "will you"?
Mia nodded her head "I will help you, tell me".
"Can you drop me till my house"
"Sure" Mia booked a cab and went to drop the lady till her home the ride was really quite, to break the silence Mia said "by the way my name is Mia".
The lady looked at her with a smile on her face "I know, my name is Anna"
Mia couldn't understand how she knew her name but she didn't ask, cause she thought that maybe she was just trying to sound friendly. After that no one said anything.
when they reached her house they got off the cab and Anna kept thanking her
"Thank you so much Mia for your help, I really don't know how to thank you, so as a thank you gift I want to give you this bracelet it is a good luck charm it will bring luck in your life" she pointed at the green emerald bracelet on her wrist.
"You don't have to I just wanted to help"
"please take it I really want to give this charm to you"
Mia didn't know what to say so she took the charm, Anna smiled widely looking at Mia. She felt a bit weird but smiled at her and tried to take the bracelet from her hand but Anna suddenly shouted
"No! I mean let me help you wear it"
Mia didn't wanted to but she was being nice so she couldn't deny, Anna removed the bracelet and
took Mia's hand and made her wear the bracelet, as soon as the bracelet was in Mia's hand she started feeling dizzy, she felt everything around her spinning and saw that Anna had a guilty expression on her face as she mouthed a sorry and ran away from there.
Mia tried to run behind her but her legs gave up and she fell down on the ground, everything started moving around and she couldn't breath like someone was choking her she thought, is this how I'm going to die and everything went blank after that.
