Chapitre 44: 44. I'll wait

Why was she suddenly feeling uneasy thinking of her daughter? Or was it because she had not seen her in a long while?

Yes! That must be it. She should go see her. God! She missed her daughter so so much.

She planned on seeing her the next day. And then she groaned. She had always been postponing her visits to her daughter. 

This time, she was going to go. Nothing was going to stop her today.

She laughed at herself. Everyday was the last time she was not going to stop herself. She felt like a miserable mother.

"Hello Charlotte." A customer greeted when she walked in, and Charlotte's heart almost jumped out of her chest. A yelp left her lips as she turned to face the customer with wide eyes.

The woman yelped on reflex and slightly jumped to her side, looking behind her, her hand on her chest, as if to hold unto her erratically beating heart to prevent it from falling. When she saw nothing, she turned back to Charlotte again
