Normally, to create an Undead Creature, you couldn't just use one corpse, or the whole world would be overrun by them.
To create Undead, many conditions need to be met, and at least it typically takes several corpses to make one.
Unless it was the direct control by an Undead Mage, but even then, the number of Undead they could control was limited; it wasn't possible to create so many. Muras didn't have a deep understanding of the territory of the Undead Camp.
He also didn't know that someone was actually using traded farmers and Fission to rapidly produce so many Skeletons.
They seemed endless, and more Skeletons kept gathering.
