Chapitre 24: Another truth
A lone man stood in front of an empty space. No one would have been able to tell that this place was the showplace of a battle, as it was just too quiet. He stayed a long time, maybe to witness this calm and refreshing feeling in the normally chaotic Void. Slowly he waved his hand and the golden shimmer suddenly disappeared and than reappeared after another wave. He was now able to close the entrance himself if he wanted to. It turned more and more transparant until it was unnoticible and undetectable. After this happened did the strange aura vanish and retract itself towards the unknown man. His face and expression changed back and only a confused Mars was left.
He quickly tried to asess the situation by looking around the empty space and panicked after realising that the entrance was gone. Before his emotions could have gone wild, something calmed him down and he was able to feel his connection to the entrance and to this Greater Void.
'Sorry for the sudden takeover, but otherwise we would have both been dead. That Void Wyvern was too much for you to handle, so you should understand.' Aurelius's voice resounded in Mars's head and stunned him for a short moment. 'Are you able to do that again? I felt so much power flowing through me just now.' 'I can't do it for long, your body and mind would simply break apart if I remove this limiter from your body. Also you have to train as well, so doing this for long is out of option... But you can now control the entrance to the Greater Void by yourself and draw some power of it. This is only the beginning.' Mars somehow knew that Aurelius was grinning inside his Mind Space and looked down on this foolish boy.
After entering his Energy Core, Mars tried to feel the connection to the Greater Void and closed the gate. The golden glow that illuminated small Levi disappeared and Mars also felt weaker. He decided to leave it like that to prevent any possible breaches. He could always open it when needed as he still had control over it.

'Hm, that will be useful. System, I want to infuse 5 into my Void Armor Skill.'
Before anything happened to see a smirk on the faces of his guides. Suddenly did 5 scales flow out of Mars's body, floating in front of him and sending a low growl out. A pitch black armor quickly assembled itself onto Mars as if answering the call. The armor seemed to turn alive, moving and changing on Mars's skin. Abruptly, the scales grew larger in size and took on a liquid like form that vanished into the Void armor through large streams of Energy. The moment armor and liquid came into contact did the armor build spikes all oround it, that sank in and appeared again and again out of this metallic ocean, that was now the armor.
Mars was unable to hear the conversation that was happening between Aurelius and Levi. Instead he heard countless screams of agony, that would make any sane man turn towards despair. But there was one sound that stood above all - a roar of a dragon, full of rage and disbelief. The Voice of the slain Void Wyvern tried to manifest itself inside of the evermoving ocean.
It broke through the surface its grimace rising out of it, only to get drawn back in by an unstoppable force. This play got acted out for almost an endless time, the Wyverns will unbreakable. The problem was that with each new iteration more power got drained from his body, slowly disintegrating and becoming a part of the black nothingness that was the Void.
A last roar was let out, full of agony and regret, but the screams hadn't stopped, instead it felt like they had integrated themselves into the armor, even strange faces emerging out of it. The looked as if they were in pain, but also a little pleased. Maybe because their eternal enemy finally suffered the same fate they had suffered a long time ago. Their revenge was completed by Mars and they willingly fused with the armor, even smiling as they slowly ceased to exist.

CONGRATULATIONS - VOID ARMOR TRANSFORMED INTO ORIGIN ARMOR 30% (This armament is the original one that was used by the first apex Void being, winning him countless battles by calling upon the souls it absorbed and directly using their powers. The defeated ones can still sometimes be seen moving on its liquid surface. After the fusion with another being did its defensive capabilities rise even higher, absorbing every impact and attack. Unfortunately due to its former hosts partial destruction it is now incomplete and needs to absorb souls of Void beings to restore to its former Glory. One eternal Void Soul will be needed for each transformation. As of now it is like a normal Void Armor...) ... HIDDEN QUEST ACTIVATED : "An armor to defend one from all" - Gather the souls of strong Void beings to restore the Origin Armor and let it protect you as it always has.

MetaShadow Mars's thoughts : "The ultimate Protection from an ancient beast? Did Aurelius use this armor? But he is a Wyrm and not a Void being, so how could that be? Is it because of the fusion? For now I just have to gather those souls, so that they won't be able to win against me in the final wave!"
