"But, you have to really promise me to buy clothes for yourself."
"Yeah. I promise."
"I have six pairs of clothes, and you just have two pairs of clothes. That means you have to buy four new pairs."
"That's too much, Roseanne."
Rosie turned her face to make Aslan agree to her request right away.
"Okay. I will buy four new pairs of clothes for myself."
Rosie raised her little finger, and Aslan frowned slightly.
"Promise?" she asked.
"Yeah, I promise."
"Then, bring your little finger here."
Rosie took Aslan's hand and flicked her little finger on the man's pinky. She said they had sealed a promise that Aslan must never forget. Aslan didn't know the concept of linking their little fingers, but the girl looked so serious that he promised he would keep his word.
"So you're not mad anymore now?" asked Aslan as he placed the cake box in front of them.
