Chapitre 285: Scorching Afternoon's Sun

Today was a tiring day for Aslan and Rosie. Under the scorching sun, Aslan plowed the soil in their yard, while Rosie helped by putting the seeds on the soil. It was followed by Aslan covering the soil again, and Rosie watering it. Now, the two of them sat side by side in front of the door, watching their entire yard being planted.

Rosie used her hat to fan Aslan who was sitting beside her. The scorching sun made the man sweat profusely.

"Just take off your shirt. I'll wash it later," Rosie said, pointing to how wet the man's shirt was. Aslan looked at his body for a moment. He took off his shirt and put it on the edge of the door. He enjoyed the refreshing breeze coming from the straw hat.

"We just have to water it every morning. The land here is fertile," Aslan said.
