Otoh and Tosh remained silent and unmoving as they stood behind the Silver Tower's archmage. They were quite used to this already. Ever since the archmage arrived, wounded but healing quite well, the eccentric Sigfrid Lean Merlin kept on staring outside the window – in one specific direction.

The direction where the Beastmen Territories was located.

Though Otoh did not know the details of the rescue, he knew that it was Lucien Lupine and Levi Vlad Tepes who brought Sigfrid Lean Merlin back to the Silver Tower. For Otoh, he had mistaken this behavior as his master being torn between the conflict between the three major races and his gratitude to the two.
