Chapitre 88: Bloom

With an ear-splitting, heart-fluttering grin, Blair happily took Cadmus's bouquet.

"Thanks, Your Majesty!" To his surprise, she delicately plucked out a pink blossom from her bouquet and leaned forward. His heart started pounding loudly. She tucked the flower behind his ear with an amused smile, face so close. It's getting hard for him to breathe. "You look so pretty!"

She laughed, her hair gently swaying in the breeze, eyes crinkled up in genuine joy, and lips making the most wonderful sound he ever had the honor of hearing. Soft pastels idly flapped in the wind as the sun illuminated her beaming face, and he swore she was glowing. 

Blair was happy and comfortable with him. Cadmus could not help but take it all in. 

He wanted to sear this beautiful image of her in his memory forever.
