Chapitre 40: Another Chance

Louis was still standing in the hallway after being hugged by the Emperor who coldly left him right after breaking the hug without giving him any explanations.

He was frozen in his spot even his arms that were wrapped around the Emperor earlier were still floating in the air. His heart was racing as if he was still feeling Octavius hugging him and saliva was stuck in his throat since he was not able to process what has just happened.

He literally started jumping around in happiness and excitement and every time he wants to just calm down and go back to his chamber, he would remember how his majesty hugged him and start to jump around again.

Hugging the Emperor is the best thing that has ever happened to Louis in this palace of course best thing after the fact of meeting his majesty for the very first time as well as meeting him any time else.
