Nevertheless, Patrick didn't use his new gun to fire. He continued to use his own PKM, spraying bullets in the general direction of the entrance.

The enemy quickly started to retreat. They didn't return fire, while Patrick indeed seemed to be using machine gun fire to block the entrance rather than aiming precisely.

One of the enemies was hit by at least three bullets, but he still managed to retreat unharmed, while another wasn't hit at all although bullets flew chaotically around him.
