He looked dangerously pale and the cracks across his chest began spreading to his shoulders. Seeing his condition, Alex realized the fight and the act of passing down an inheritance to Lancelot must have put him in this condition.

"You possess the apple of knowledge. Can't you just use the power of death to consume the souls of the dead and use it to recover your damaged soul?" Lu Jin asked with a concerned look on his face but Sol laughed weakly in response.

"I may be able to replicate the power of Derek but my body lacks the physiology capable of breaking down those souls just like he does," Sol said with a strange look in his eyes which made the rest frown.
