Arthur looked at the Mushoku Tensei World from up above the space, he sighed and decided to go through the memories he had obtained again. Firstly he had found out that the leader of that Organization, or at least in Gojo's memories was none other than Sung Jin Woo, another reincarnator. Just like him and others he had reincarnated as Sung Jin Woo from birth, well aware of the world and dangers it held he started working hard from a very young age.
After many twists and turn he successfully got Shadow Monarch's ability, and after that he never stopped. Just like any reincarnator who is in the category of being smart, he learned magic outside of his powers all made easy by the system and his very own existence. After going through a similar set of events he had defeated Dragon Monarch, and that's where the difference came.
Unlike original Sung Jin Woo he didn't went in the past to kill them making the entire world as it was. But well he had saved his father and mother so he didn't care much about this idea, and since he was well aware of the future events he knew it would be better if the Hunters remained in the world. Arthur due to being from 2050's he knew about the future events very well, Solo Leveling had a sequel called Solo Leveling: Ragnarök which featured Sung Suho, Sung Jin Woo's son as a Mc.
The events were simple yet complex, basically speaking Monarchs from a different world had invaded their world, they were termed as Outer Gods, not being the Eldritch kind of course, but each stronger than Dragon Monarch and due to their special abilities they were able to create infinite monsters and the Solo Leveling world was only standing against their Onslaught due to the Sung Jin Woo's powers and combined effort of all the Rulers.
If not for him the world long would have perished under their might. Essentially Sung Suho and Sung Jin Woo would have teamed up together in the end finally ending those beings, with Sung Suho's role being more important in the final. After that no sequel came out of Solo Leveling with the Author saying as if this was the right moment to end the story for some reason.
Sung Jin Woo who was a reincarnator was thankfully aware of the sequel and in the end without his son's help he destroyed the Outer Gods. But knowing the uncertainties he ventured in the otherworld's deciding to become even stronger and he by coincidence found a reincarnator similar to him, but one drowned in the power he gained after fiddling with the plot. He killed him after witnessing how his existence made his world almost collapse due to the atrocities he had committed.
After that he met a few others as well, he had mastered the magic of travelling through the world and in the end decided to form an Organization made up of such reincarnators. His idea was simple, this reincarnator organization will solve the major world threats of those reincarnators if any, they would help each other in times of need, basically if their world was to be invaded by other worlders like in Sung Jin Woo's world.
They would also kill the evil reincarnators who threatened the balance of their worlds, in this way this organization was formed. With Sung Jin Woo's knowledge and powers, and help of many other reincarnators who came to become his friends, they managed to put up a working organization with the previous unknown knowledge about Multiverse and its wonders slowly gathering at their fingertips.
Gojo Satarou was a new member of the organization, although he had a questionable personality but with him not causing any harm to his world and saving millions of lives, being able to manage to destroy full powered Sukuna and well being the Gojo Satarou, he was easily accepted and became an S rank member. The organization had a ranking hierarchy from E-Rank to S-Rank and the EX-Rank being the peak. It worked on a contribution point system, thus reincarnators who worked for the organization could redeem magic and abilities that could be shared from other worlds, based on their contributions.
Gojo stayed in the organization for a few months to finally learn some magic from otherworld. Although some missions appeared they were quite low-ranking, thus he ignored them and finally got the mission in Mushoku world, and well rest was obvious. ' That's a lot to take in, not to mention their EX rank members are strong enough to go against pre-demon lord me and even kill me ', he thought, realizing his decisive actions saved him.
" Dear I have found the world core", Minerva said as she appeared beside him, it had took him but a few seconds to go all through the information again due to the courtesy of Thought Acceleration. He looked at her and said, " Then we shall make haste, we don't know when they would try to attack us after all ", she nodded and then they again teleported.
This time they appeared in the sea of time, the temporal line of the world which had his world as the only and main world timeline after the reboot, and unsurprisingly Reboot Miko was there," Who are you?! Are you the one who had been interfering in my actions?", she said with a grunt, having lived after the events of Mushoku Tensei, the previous Rudeus Greyart's life path, she had became mature, cunning and shrewd unlike her previous self a testament of which was her actions, as this time she had not faltered to causing even a bigger spatial-temporal disturbance to get Akhito.
She quickly snapped her fingers, and the temporal line started moving to her wishes, assaulting both of them with an attempt to erase them from the timeline." She is the World's will avatar, or the being who should have merged with the world will in the future", Minerva said, and Arthur's eyes narrowed, both of them being unharmed from her attack.
Miko started panicking, and then Arthur pointed his palm towards her," I would have wished to make you my wife, give you the love you deserved, for you are the reason behind my reincarnation. But, my situation doesn't allow it, and I am not interested in you that much anyway, so die. Gluttony!", he said and then to her despair she was swallowed by the Purplish black smog, but Arthur made sure to make it as painless as possible, thus she died without any pain.

After killing her, Arthur turned into a spiritual being, his existence becoming higher and they both traversed through temporal line, finally reaching the world's core. It was a spiritual core, metaphysical manifestation of the world. But it was extremely weak and didn't have a consciousness yet, a testament of Mushoku being a extremely young world and being damaged by Hitogami, without any hesitation Arthur devoured it as well.

After he got the skill, Minerva quickly took the place of the world's will to prevent the world from getting weakened. The temporal-spatial storm calmed down, and it was done, Minerva and Arthur had become the masters of the Mushoku world. After that they, moved to the next step.

Arthur blinked his eyes, surprised by what he heard, of course he had the idea of using his skills, but his own Ultimate Skills knowing his wishes joined together despite not his orders, considering many of were of opposite natures and were enemy in a sense. But for Arthur, despite not his orders they were ready to give their all, for their master.
Unique Skills had a pseudo-conscience, and Ultimate Skills had it more developed, but unless Manas they couldn't be said to be truly a separate entity. Even Rimuru's Ultimate Skill Wisdom King Raphael the skill closest to being a separate entity wasn't a true separate entity, but only a skill. In Tensura Skills like Unique Skills, Ultimate Skills and Manas were very loyal to their master.
Justice King Michael being a prime example, after becoming a Manas or to be more accurate a pseudo-manas due to his sheer will of going against his new master aka Rudra's will he wanted to revive Veldanava, he was very loyal to Velda Nava, being ready to even destroy even the entire world if that was what it needed to resurrect Velda Nava. Infact the skill would have preferred to die while protecting his master, against the Voice of the World itself, rather than to become someone's skill.
Skills always held a insane amount of loyalty, love and devotion towards their master, and Arthur's skill being more so, as seen from Gluttonous Lord Beelzebub which knew he might be weakened a bit after the formation of a new skill, but was the first to join Minerva's effort, despite probably being the one in the losing side.
Separating a part of the Spatial Stomach was no big deal for Minerva, but making sure, spatial stomach doesn't gets weakened and she could create a skill that could classify as a separate universe was difficult. As she was essentially attempting to create an Ultimate skill equivalent with nothing but scraps.
Thankfully after the other skills joined the effort, assisting in her endeavor, the skill started to form. After a bit the voice of the World rung in Arthur's ears.

He gasped a bit, since while he had acquired several Ultimate Skills, a feat unsurpassable on it's own it didn't mean he could keep acquiring Ultimate Skills with ease, maybe acquiring Unique Skills were easy for him but creating an Ultimate Skill out of scraps was a feat surpassing his acquisition of all the Ultimate Skills till now in sheer difficulty alone.
" It's done", Minerva said and Arthur decided to finish up, he used Space-Time Lord Astaroth and started tearing off the entire Galaxy where the Mushoku World located, which was none other than the Andromeda Galaxy, he knew know that almost 10,000 planets with life existed within this galaxy, but only three including Mushoku world had sapient species as inhabitants.
As he was tearing off the time and space at the corners, the entire Universe quaked, next moment the pressure from entire Universe descended at him for him attempting to tear off a portion from the Universe, one might argue it was unfair considering how billions of stars died every day, but the main reason was, unlike where galaxies fade away, it still remains within the confines of the Universe and secondly, Andromeda Galaxy had the most developed worlds, after Milkyway Galaxy in the entire Universe.
Thus Arthur's actions were harmful to Universe, " Gluttony", he muttered and his Ultimate Skill surrounded the entire Andromeda Galaxy in a second ignoring the constraints of time and space. Purple-black tendrils grew out of them threatening to devour the Universe if it remained against them. Arthur used Domination King Abhoth as well releasing an Aura that started making the entire Universe start shaking in fear.
With all resistance lost from the Universe, he finished up the process and finally relaxed as both of them floated in the cracks of space which showed the Universe beyond them, but rapidly it started closing with everything returning to normal. " Now with this, Mushoku world will become inaccessible to others ", Arthur muttered and then glanced at Minerva, " I have warned the Universe dear, it would not try to go against our future actions", Minerva said.
With this, his plan to secure his wives was done, now what remained was to get rid of the Multiversal Reincarnator's guild but before that both of them teleported back to Mushoku world, so that Arthur could check a few things. Once he reappeared back, he was greeted by the apologies of his women, and in ended up dogging Zenith hard and making her moans resound throughout the room.
