Chapitre 25: HYPOCRITE
On the second floor of the hall, Mike was watching drama with full interest. Even he became excited when Cindy's live video part played. He never thought today's banquet had so many juicy part. However his anger increased more after he got to know the mistreatment his darling tolerate, while being a fake relation with Grey Family. Now his darling became a free bird again and she could easily give those bastards some gifts. However Mike himself did not forget about those pests treatment towards Maria. He swore that he would give them another gift to them which they would never forgot in their life. Thinking all of these, Mike let out a deep grin which gave Sam goosebumps. Sam started to pray for that unfortunate person.
However Robert's situation was little different from Mike and he did not even notice Mike's reaction. He only focused on the situation downstairs and wanted to know the information about Maria which he did not find through his intelligent network. He got a huge shock after watching live video. He never thought his wild bunny did tolerate this kind of torture. He swore that he would help his bunny to forget about those dark past of her and would protect her from now on. Because his bunny already started to give them their fair portion gifts. If he would try to gift them, then those vile would die before they saw their gifts. However he got jealous after knowing Jack's claim. If he met his bunny before, then his bunny did not have to face vile people.

However in the downstairs drama did not stop at Cindy's grandmother shrew like behaviour. Before anyone could digest this fiasco, they heard a loud slap. And that silence the whole hall and colour drained from Grey Family members face. Because they thought Cindy's grandmother slapped Maria. But the opposite thing happened here. When Cindy's grandmother came to Maria's table to slap her, Ella caught her hand and slapped her loudly without caring seniority. Then she threw bomb one after one through her words.
"Hey, old hag. You seem to be pretty energetic and bold to slap Maria. Earlier I respected your age, so I didn't say anything. You already broke your limit. Now you dare to curse us and our parents and also slap us. Who do you think you are? Your son earned some money and became rich, so you forgot the rules of high class society. Even your jerk son have no courage to talk in front my parents. You old hag dare to teach us a lesson. Okay, we will fulfill your wish." After slapping old madam Grey, Ella said with cold tone and threw her on the ground without caring anyone.
Everyone except Maria and her friends, were stunned and revealed a shocked expression. Because no one until now disrespected an elder in the banquet in this manner. However old madam Grey deserved this. No one told her to be noisy in this chaotic situation. She did not care about family's reputation and went to seek humiliation. Ella's words made everyone realized that in the high class society respect came from your behaviour and your family status. This sobered up everyone from their delusional dream and realized Grey Family mistakes from starting. And guests felt more displeasure towards Grey Family members.
As for Grey Family members, they first stood like dead tree and then they revealed a dumbfounded expression. They then started to curse old lady for her stupidity in their heart. Few seconds later Tony and his son walked towards old lady and helped her to stand up. However she did not even realize present situation and her humiliation. After being stood up, she opened her foul mouth again and her words became more vicious.
"You bastard, how dare you threw me on the floor? Do you show any respect towards an elder? Looks like your parents are bastards like that slut Maria. And how dare you insult my precious son? My son will make you regret your whole life. You uncultured and lowly life dare to come to my family banquet and wanted to ruin it. Security come here and throw these lowly life from here." Cindy's grandmother said with vicious expression.
Hearing old madam Grey's words, guests felt that old lady should check her brain properly and needed proper treatment. Otherwise she could bite anybody without occasion. Thus they gave sympathetic look to Grey Family members. However Tony felt that his body became stiff and his legs shook due to fear. Because he knew after today he was finished. Old master Grey felt that he aged ten years more suddenly. He always knew his wife acted like domineering lady without caring anyone. In the past his family business faced many difficulties after marrying his wife. After his son took over his family business, their status improved. however after today his family business would hit again rock bottom or would be finished fully. Looks like Grey Family's name would be gone due to his foolish wife. Because old master could understand the present situation and how his wife ruined last of it. Unknown to him, his lovely granddaughter made a full stop to his family name.
Hearing old lady's words, Aiden smiled broadly. Then he said with a chuckle, "Well said old lady. We are bastards and our parents are also bastards. You seem to forgot that bastards never listen or care about any law or order. Looks like you gave us a green signal to do anything. Mia and Ella, please your bastards parents to do things bastards way like old lady appreciate. My Jones Family really do not have any power in City F and I do not want to use my family's precious power on old lady."
As Aiden finished his words, guests and both family's members felt that they were thrown into the freezer. Just everyone thought that this fiasco was over, Cindy and Jack words brought the whole atmosphere in chilling point.
"Aiden, how dare you threaten my family? And how come you have nerve to disrespect my grandmother? You are just like your lowly friend Maria. Have you ever heard our side of story? You come here after listening Maria's one sided complaints. Looks like my elder sister Maria seduce a lot of people to stand up for her." Cindy said with angry tone and showed her gentle ladylike expression.
"I never thought that you are this kind of person, Maria. I felt betrayed by my friend. I always see you as a friend and Cindy's elder sister. However you are planning to do something behind Cindy's back. You are a quite ungrateful person. And you spread rumours about us. I'm totally disappointed with you. Also Aiden, you should not support Maria blindly." Jack said with unhappy expression and showed a gentleman like behaviour. Actually both Cindy and Jack did not know the present situation fully. Because they were still out of service area. Ha ha ha!
After both Cindy and Jack completed their words, the silent atmosphere broke by a mocking laughter of Mary. Because none of guests could expect that Cindy and Jack were the highest level hypocrite.
"Ha ha ha ha. I can not control my laughter anymore. Guys please don't mind me. Actually I never thought in the past that I will encounter this kind of stupid people in my life. Facts and evidence are in front of you, but you kept your acting continue. I always believe that I'm kind of silly person and can not recognize people easily. But Cindy and Jack broke my belief today. They are the perfect example of foolish person." Mary said with mocking tone.
Mary's words were like bell that rang everyone's mind. And guests were showing mocking expression on their face openly towards Cindy and jack. And they started to feel more disgust towards them due to their actions. One, both of them did such immoral deeds and second, their unkind and hypocritical acts. What a lowly person! As for their family members, they felt that both Cindy and Jack added salt and pepper in their wounds. They started to feel more cold. Speaking of Cindy and Jack, they acted innocent and ignored guests and family members reaction. Then they shook their heads after Mary's words, which made guests more speechless.
Then Cindy and Jack were preparing some advise for Mary like good people. Before they could say something, everyone heard a bunch of hurried footsteps from hallway. Looked like someone was already here and Maria smirked after the sound. Then everyone except Maria and her friends looked at the entrance of the hall after hearing the sounds of footsteps.
Few seconds later, everyone was shocked to see police with special officers in here. Then everyone started to think different kinds of scenario. Maria and her friends were waiting for this moment for a long time. Because they could not torture their ears anymore by those foolish people's words. Thus they revealed a relax expression which was quite unusual at this moment. But who cares. Everyone was thinking why police came here. What would happen here? Would both family be arrested for their crimes? Did Maria call the police? Or police came here for Eva's case?
Speaking of Grey and Martin Family members, they were shaking more at the sight of police. 'Did that bastard girl call police?' they thought in their mind. On the opposite Cindy and Jack were in the nine cloud after seeing police presence. Both of them thought that police came here to catch Maria for yesterday's matter. Looked like Maria that slut became popular because of that post. Thus both of them were satisfied with their underhand tactics and revealed their satisfactory expression which was hidden in their mind.
