We entered a different hall than the day before. 

It was the banquet hall, for feasts. It was smaller. Consisting of a raised platform, where a long table sat, facing the four rows of tables on the lower section.

The King sat in the middle on a golden throne-style seat.

To his right, the Queen, Alex's biological mother, and Damian's stepmother sat, happily talking into the King's ear.

A matching silver throne was on the King's left, where Damian glumly looked into his goblet of wine for answers. 

Below the platform at the four rows of long benches, orcs and humans sat side by side, dressed in their finery.

Collectively, between the inhabitants and the room, the amount of gold and jewels in this room alone could feed a normal human city for a month.
