Chapitre 51: Make It Make Sense

Rex POV ...

I pulled into my driveway and saw my wife's car parked in its spot. Good, she was home.

She could help me make sense of everything going on in my head. I had tried to make sense of it all but I still didn't know what to do.

I got out of my car and headed inside. Ever since I had found Lizzie in high school, my life just seemed easier to tackle. She had been there when I was battling whether or not should continue my beta training or train to be a healer. She had supported me through every endeavor and had been my greatest cheerleader. If anyone could help me it was her.

"Babe," I called out.

"In here," her voice was coming from the living room.

When I walked into the room, she was sitting on the couch with a coffee mug in one hand and a book in the other. She had her brunette hair in a messy bun and her face was free of any makeup. She was wearing my grey sweats and a large hoodie over her tiny frame.
