Chapitre 91: Team of nine

Calix and Alistair glared at the duo, different thoughts running through their minds. Calix tried to calm himself down, Gad was just starting to soften towards him. He didn't want him to get angry again.

Alistair on his own part was insecure about how close Theodore and Gad was. He didn't want to make a fuss about it though.

The rest members of the alliance quickly gathered and the meeting started.

"Let's get started with the meeting." the king of Dresden declared.

"I have something to say." the leader of the ghosts announced.

"Feel free to speak." the rest of the members urged him on.

"I feel a malevolent spirit hiding in Qiren. I tried to trace the source and it led me to the palace. I decided to tell you all about it because the matter might be too hard for me to handle alone."

King Reni and Theodore quickly exchanged a meaningful look. This was exactly what the Dixons had been talking about earlier.
