Chapitre 53: The celebration party

The princess didn't want to say anything at first, but then she remembered that her servant's life depended on her good behavior. 

She took in a deep breath before speaking. "My dear people of Qiren I am terribly sorry for all the heartache I must have caused you in the past years. I am well now and I will start performing my roles as the princess of this great nation."

The people cheered, they were all pleased with the princess speech.

"Her voice is so wonderful," 

"She sounds just like a nightangle" 

The guests commented. 

"There is also one more thing." The king nudged Darrin forward, 

"During the time the princess was ill she fell in love with Darrin here who always cared for her despite his busy schedule as my personal guard. I am pleased to announce that they shall be getting married soon." 

The crowd cheered again. They couldn't believe it, a royal wedding was going to be held soon.
