Chapitre 234: Boxing Day

The following morning, Jason was the first to wake up. Layla was still sound asleep sandwiched between his arms.

Last night when he wanted to go to his guest bedroom to sleep, Layla pleaded with him to stay with her.

"I think I still need some body heat. Please stay with me," she had said.

Jason smiled. What she didn't know is that she didn't need to beg him to stay with her. It was his pleasure.

He gently took his arms off her and tucked her under the warm blanket, before he got off the bed.

He went to the bathroom to brush his teeth, and then to the living room to get his phone, he didn't bother to take it from the living room last night even when it was blowing up with calls.

When he took his phone he saw several missed calls from his grandparents and some from Mason.

Jason was sure his grandmother must have called Mason when he wasn't picking up his phone.

He decided to call her back first.
