With Olinda, Merita was downcast for a couple of days and so was Alayna. Alayna even started to think of adopting another child, she could afford them, and the more the merrier.

Merita had already packed all the staff she wanted to take with her to Athalia village. She didn't forget her books, in order to make friends one needs to be generous as well.

Just because Merita was leaving, it didn't mean that Alayna won't be coming back to the Dark Forest, so the servants didn't need to go with them but stay to maintain the house.

Alayna then checked all the shops first before returning to Athalia. Merita was very excited seeing the village that was now different from when she came, it was full of people and she couldn't wait to meet others.
