She saw a hint of jealousy in his eyes as his gaze changed into a more protective one. 

"I did not have another man but you, Liu Xueyi. You were my first and will be my last. In fact, there is no first and last. You are the only one my body needs and craves."

"Is that so?"

"Yes. And as much as it pains me that I was not your first, I am glad that I get to be the only lady to have you for life." 

He beamed a smile. "You may not have been but know this, I will love no other except you till the day I die. I promise you."

"Hmm, are you saying this because you are aroused and want me?" She teased.

"Oh, that is how you see my heartfelt confession, huh? Okay, do not worry. I do not want to be that way with you. In fact, thank you, I shall keep to my promise."
