Chapitre 59: Hospital again

Aiden immediately moved and raised his fist. But Rainn stepped forward and stopped him.

"Wait a minute," said Rainn.

Aiden looked at him with a furrowed brow. "What do you mean? we have to kill him quickly."

"Just a minute. I want to ask him something first."

"Even if he's alive, I'm not sure he can answer you. I don't think his tongue is in his mouth anymore," Aiden said.

"I'll try first."

Rainn stepped closer to the scorched supernatural. His chest rose and fell indicating that he was still alive, but not for long.

"You hear me?" asked Rainn. He readied his sword in case the supernatural suddenly wanted to attack. "Can you answer? otherwise, I'll just kill you straight away."

"What..." said the supernatural in a hoarse voice. It seems that there are still some parts of the vocal cords and tongue in there that allow this creature to still be able to speak.

Seeing his condition, Rainn was reminded of the Vampire girl he had killed.
