Chapitre 345: Worth a Try

Matthew stared at Ava's sleeping face, watching as the fire not far away from them illuminated her beautiful features.

She was sleeping just next to him. So close… yet so far away.

Matthew had to stop himself from devouring her, from taking her clothes off, ripping them apart, and watch her squirm under his touch. His maddening need and hunger for her challenged his sanity over and over again.

He could actually give in to his needs. The fact that she wanted him too wasn't even a secret. Her words were opposite to what her body was feeling. And he knew that just like him, it took her a lot to stop herself too.

But again, this isn't the time for that.
