For a few seconds, everyone stared at Matthew. Each of them was thinking different things.

Drigo wanted Matthew to talk back and argue with the King.

The Queen wanted Matthew to agree and act arrogant in front of the King. Once Matthew fail, he could never show himself in front of the King again.

Of course, Ulva's thoughts were the same as the King's. Both of them wanted Matthew to agree without asking questions. Though, given Matthew's current phase, agreeing without any argument might be a very hard thing to do.

"Alright," Matthew smiled.

"Eh?" Just like Ulva everyone was surprised to hear Matthew's answer.

"You— You are going to deal with the Hybrids?" The Queen asked.

"The Hybrids?"

"No. The Hybrids are too dangerous," the King chimed in. Why don't you deal with the rogues instead?
