Mike understood what Stephan meant. He felt embarrassed because he didn't notice it before. It was so obvious. They didn't have any food. Their brains were tricked into having imaginable food but actually, they didn't eat at all. They could die of starvation any moment and it wouldn't be wise. It was actually embarrassing. An experienced mage like him died because he didn't notice how he didn't have enough food to sustain him.

"We can ask the Prince we saved for what we need, the shoes and crown, in the meantime, let's get this young maiden where she belongs. I don't want her to stick to me like glue."
