She shook her head, it seems that her thoughts were right, there was no love between their marriage.

'I am just lucky that our family has love in it.'

She concentrated on her studies until she felt a blazing gaze directed at her.

Looking up, she was stunned to see that Lance was sitting opposite her.

"Finally," he rolled his eyes as he said this.

"Huh?" she asked in confusion.

Though she was also confused as to when he appeared.

"Anyway, Cyrus is upstairs in his room, you should go and check on him already lest his fever might worsen."

Lance raised an eyebrow, "Are you really saying that to me now?"

"What do you mean?"

"Young madam, sir Lance had been sitting opposite you for ten minutes now. He had arrived about half an hour ago."

"HALF AN HOUR!?!?"

She took her phone and checked the time.

Indeed half an hour has passed.

"I apologize."
