Chapitre 109: Slepless

Tyler's POV

I never felt so relieved in my entire life when I saw Arabella get out of the house carrying her bag. When she told me she wanted to have more time to think it over since someone from Chamogelo hospital had offered her a job, it scared me.

I blamed Matthew for showing up unannounced, but I couldn't blame him. It was all my fault why Arabella was hurting. I was smiling from ear to ear, but her face remained expressionless as she looked at me.

My smile faded as I took her bag since Ara looked glum again. I am just glad she handed me her bag without hesitation. I was wondering how I was going to heal her broken heart.

I wanted to be the only man who would take away all the pains, sorrows, and suffering that she felt. I wanted Arabella to trust me again. I missed the way she smiled at me with her eyes and the way she melted in my arms.
