Chapitre 504: What Sort Of Question Was That?

What sort of question was that? Felix DID know how to pick locks because Toby thought it would be a cool trick to learn when they were in middle school but why in the world was this girl who seemed maybe ten years old asking? 

"…what?" he asked in disbelief.

"I need to pick a lock. It's very important. I don't really have anything to pick it with though either. Can you help me?" 

"What do you need to pick a lock for?" 

He had never had a conversation with someone inside one of the buildings while cleaning windows before. This was weird. And would probably get him in trouble if his uncle knew about it. 

"So I can escape. I want to go home," the girl said simply. 

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Escape what? Don't you live here? I've seen you here before a few times."

This particular building only had its windows done once every three months but he had definitely seen this girl here before. She would be hard to forget because of her hair.
