In the guild's meeting hall, Alexis, Sebastian, and Deves sat around, visibly tense and on edge. 

Sebastian had several bandages around him. He looked the most wounded and pathetic. The dragon's slaps were anything but ordinary.

Sebastian looked at Alexis and Deves and whispered in his broken voice, "It's her doing!"

Deves nodded in agreement, "Without a doubt!"

Alexis couldn't deny it. After every disaster, it was their responsibility to locate and properly bury the victims, so that their souls could rest in peace. However, despite a thorough search of the entire Human Realm, no corpses or even bones had been found. There was no trace of the missing victims.

As Alexis pondered the mysterious disappearance of the victims' corpses, his thoughts turned to Vanvan, the demoness and he couldn't help but suspect that she was behind it all.
