Chapitre 97: XCVII

Connor had always known that he would be the Alpha of their Pack, even when he was just a young child. His father had groomed him, showed him the ropes, and taught him everything he needed to know to become a great leader.

His youth had not been easy with the pressure of always excelling in everything he did. Nothing was good enough for his father. Not until he was the best. He did not live a normal childhood since his life revolved around studying and training, but he believed it was all worth it.

Finally, when his father died, the Lion Roar Pack recognized him as their new leader. He was declared the new Alpha of the group. The werewolves believed he could lead their Pack to greatness even at his young age and lacking experience.

"I know you and Avana are close. Thank you for being such a good friend to my daughter." The Supreme Alpha offered him a drink which he accepted as they waited for the rest of the Alpha leaders of the different Packs to arrive.
