Chapitre 47: A sense of deja vu

She never made it to the store as she decided to return home instead, with the stench of the alley as a reminder of her humiliating experience.

How could she think he was about to kiss her, closing her eyes like that? She tried to recall if she extended her lips or parted them in a way. But she was so lost in her thoughts that she had no more control of her body.

"Aaahhh!" She frustratedly shouted once she was inside her room. Luckily, no one was yet home to witness her mortifying experience.

She started pacing the room, thinking about what she should have done to him. She should have punched him in the face, but instead, she only gawked at him as he turned around and left her.

She still came up with a few more ideas on how to get back at him because she was sure he walked away from her intentionally. But why?
