Chapitre 16: CHP16 Freya introduction
The confrontation had come to an end. Dalhia was dead.
Kol panted heavily, "Is she finally dead?" He asked his brothers exhaustion wearing him down heavily. Although before hand all the Mikaelsons had filled up on blood after fighting for many hours they themselves were running dry.
"She should be." Answered Elijah, blood staining his expensive attire, he tried to clean himself up as best he could, for the time being.
Klaus looked at the dead body of Dalhia. Her clothes were magical, they didnt get ruined in battle, so her modesty was still in tact but her life was not.. He had dealt the finishing blow after hours of battle, in which he and his brothers kept attacking never giving her the time to recharge and eventually exhausting her magic, to which Klaus took the opening he was given and ripped her throat out with his teeth.
Finn on the other hand was no better than the rest of his brothers. Clothes ruined, blood all of him but spiritually enlightened. He had never felt so blissful, knowing his big sister, his best friend would be safe and free from Dalhia's harm.
For the fight Klaus spent a lot of the time in his wolf form, giving him an extra edge in terms of mobility and making himself a lesser target. Elijah and Finn bared the brunt of Dalhia's assault, not willing to give up and kept pushing through the pain of being stabbed, mentally attacked and even having their necks snapped occasionally. Kol was much sneakier in his attacks. Only attacking in bursts in which Elijah and Finn were inactive, giving them time to recover. Klaus did most of the damage, taking the openings that his brothers presented to get in close and inject as much venom as he possibly could into her system. Eventually paying off, poisoning her magic, not giving her long left to live.
"Let's go and get some blood." Klaus told his brothers, being the best off out of all of them.
With them being to tired to respond, they all left the cave in which they was locked in for, for the past couple of hours thankful to still be alive and thirsting for blood. On leaving they saw Rebekah, who was thankfully not needed in the fight. Seeing the state of her brothers rushed over to ask about what had transpired, worry dripping in her tone.
"Are you all okay?" She said anxiety evident in her voice. "Is she dead?"
"We need blood Rebekah." Klaus spoke in a weary tone, "We will answer all your questions after we've fed."
Rebekah nodded in understanding but Elijah not one to displease said, "We'll be fine Rebekah. How's Freya? Have you seen her yet?"
"No not yet, I did hear some destructive noise earlier but i didn't want to leave you guys incase." She answered Elijah's questions, relief in her voice that her brothers were okay.
"Well why don't you go meet Freya and we will be with you soon." Elijah said to Rebekah, always knowing the right thing to say.
Rebekah quickly agreed but not before giving all of her brothers a big hug and then leaving.
"I love you guys." She said as she left.
The brothers separated once they left the cave to go and feed in peace and alone. Some would take longer than others. Elijah would enter the nearest pub, feeding but not killing, drinking enough to sate himself across many of people.
Finn went looking for the scum of the earth, finding himself a lot more willing to feed from humans as long as he knew they were evil. But he always made sure to keep them alive, never killing except for rare occasions.
Kol left to go feast. Not caring about the life of humans, he helped himself to as much as he wanted not caring about the consequences, which usually meant a clean up crew would be sent to clean up after him.
Klaus was more like Kol. He loved the thrill of the hunt but when he was home around his people, he would never usually feed to the point of death. But today he made an exception. After losing a lot of blood he didn't care for the life of a human and drank as much he wanted and needed, not stopping till the 4th body was drained.
Finn being eager to rein quite himself with Freya, didn't take to long feeding. When he was sated he left to go and meet with Freya, being the first of Mikaelson brothers to do so.
Finn entered Klaus's lab looking for his sister, but all he found was destruction. Walls where broken, equipment was destroyed and all he could think was Klaus was going to be furious when found out. He listened out for any noise, hearing some chatter back up hill in Klaus's manor. He quickly scaled the mountain, excitement rushing through his veins when he heard Freya's voice after all these years.
"FREYA!" He shouted, as he landed uphill, quickly racing across the land to the front door. He entered and saw his sister Freya and his younger sister Rebekah chatting with Ada, Klaus's main witch across the room silent, awaiting Klaus's arrival.
Freya turned to look at who had entered spotting Finn, getting up to give him a hug all emotional. They both hugged, tears in their eyes after being reunited after all these years.
Rebekah started to get emotional herself, seeing such a sweet moment. After a minute or so of hugging they finally let go and caught up with all that had transpired.
Freya explained all that happened, everything since Esther gave her to Dalhia and leading up to her awakening.
"That destruction, it was you?" Finn asked with an amused smile on his face.
"Yes.. I am sorry about that, I didnt know what was happening." She said with a sheepish look on her face.
"Niklaus is going to upset," He laughed "But that should be it."
"And where are the rest of my brothers?" She asked both Finn and Rebekah, confusion evident on her face.
"We've just dealt with Dalhia... so as you can probably guess they some time to recover." Finn answered, not knowing if she yet knew about their vampire heritage.
"Blood.. then." She quietly said.
Finn looked at his sister shocked that she knew. Rebekah quickly explained. "I already told her Finn, I though it best I tell her so she doesn't freak out when sees you all."
"Dalhia had told me a little about you nature as well, when Esther turned you lot she was quite furious." Freya added, disgust in her voice when she mentioned Esther, which both other Mikaelsons picked up on.
"Anyway enough about me," Freya said, "I want to know about everything that has transpired since I left."
She hadn't yet realized the beast she had awoken. Rebekah could talk for hours, and hours she did. Breaks were needed when the rest of her brothers arrived to properly meet their new sibling.
