The nobles and the elders assembled at the royal court. After the war bell rang at the end of the border, the atmosphere got heavy the moment Xavier and I stepped inside the massive hall.

However, his patience broke as the elders revolted against my ascend to the throne.

"Not to mention Lady Alessandra had escaped the palace, breaking the peace contract, and stayed with the ancient vampire lord as his daughter. How can you bring her back to the palace, Lord Xavier?" the first elder asked.
