Emily's POV 

Eloise's hand trembled a little bit.

"But who's going to take care of you? You need me" Eloise told me.

"Waylen will, mom. You saw how he protected me from Zuri. He won't let anyone hurt me"

(What about your situation?) Eloise's voice trailed off.

Yeah, about that…my mind went blank.

Wait? What about my situation?

I haven't really thought about me since the race to save Eloise started.

What about me?

I thought about it hard.

"I am going to tell him everything…come clean and maybe, things work out in the end of it all…Just Maybe. I've got faith, Mama" I decided.

Then it hit me...Oh God!

"We are running out of time. She needs to go" Waylen reminded me and stepped down from the car.
