"You, come over," he said as he called a captain in the Royal Army.

"Your Majesty," the captain bowed before standing straight up.

"Clear all the buildings close to the city walls and make a military camp. Provide every amenities needed and arrange for the citizens of my kingdom, martial prince cultivators and above, to sign up for the army," Emperor Xu Juan said.
