Chapitre 79: A "Request"

The Dracma Family was one of the biggest families in the entire Region of Muren. In a region with literally thousands of different organizations — and that's not counting underground criminal syndicates — the Dracma could be considered in the top 5, controlling a chunk of the Northeast territory of the entire Region.

They were based deep in the Forest of Yuraben where they created an Angel City that's ranked highly by those above and held close to the hearts of Otherworlders who arrived on Avalon. Because of their connections to the other worlds, they didn't even need such compromising technology like Teleportation Temples in their midst making them a self-sustaining city that needed little assistance from any organization that would dare desire to take advantage of their strength.
