The soldiers gathered around in the town square couldn't believe their eyes as they witnessed Dred's strength. Sure, what he had done could be replicated by a very strong man, but that didn't mean that seeing it happen first hand had decreased the awe that such a feat would inspire in others. Just like the soldiers, Lucius was also a little surprised that Dred had been able to so easily stop the vehicle. Even though he had suspected that such a thing could happen, it was still one of the scenarios he hadn't been confident of happening.
